Mandrake 9.1 RC2 Updated from cooker on 2003-03-21.
I've updated from cooker and rechecked this error. I still received the same error
even though this bug is marked fixed. While I understand I can fix this by installing
the documentation (which I did), I want to submit the idea that the Mandrake-galaxy
screen is the first thing a new user sees on login. Clicking the documentation link
and seeing an error message shouldn't be what they see. Instead,
1. Offer to install documentation and do so..
2. Tell the user what to do if to install documentation. Simple message go to Mandrake
Control Center and install this package to view this link.
Otherwise, 5 minutes after installing for the first time, the new user has encountered
his first error ;)
Bug#:2447 has the same error described but is marked fixed.

In the Mdk9.0, (disk mounted on /9.0/ I have found :
/9.0/usr/share/doc/mandrake/fr/Starter.html/
but no directory /usr/share/doc/mandrake/ in RC2
A quick search :
$ locate Starter.html | grep "9.0" | wc -l
97
$ locate Starter.html | grep -v "9.0" | wc -l
0
There is no Starter.html in this version.
