           Product: Installation
         Component: Installation
Summary: Dutch install MDK 9.1 fails
           Version: 1.809
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
        AssignedTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Just spent some fruitless hours trying to install MDK 9.1 final. Downloaded the
iso files, verified md5sum. Burned them, again verified md5sum of burned image.
 Everything checks out.
During installation, everything goes well untill XFree86-server-4.3 is to be
installed. See, at that moment cd3 is in the drive, since that was the last cd
asked for. However, i checked the isos and the package in question is on cd1.
Now, i can\'t replace the as it won\'t come out, and the idiot installer
doesn\'t ask for it either. This means: no X, so I'm stuck configuring it on my
own.
Some usefull information: i tried installing both american english and dutch
(Nederlands) language support (which is probably why i need cd3 at all). Has
anyone tested this ? I'll try installing with only English support later today,
and see if that works.
Another minor gripe about the Dutch version of the installer: several buttons
are only half visible.
