$ unset DISPLAY 
$ drakboot 
 
change something on first panel (general lilo options)-> OK 
on second panel (lilo entries) -> OK 
you come back to the first panel and have to do CANCEL to get out 
 
I don't know if this is intentional but it is confusing. 
may be OK on the first panel could be changed to NEXT->
