I've had same problems with mdk9 rc2
I've don a custom package selection install
First bzip2 was missing (only the executable!!! - the rpm was installed)
I removed and reinstalled package
Then cam the output " lines ?/?-? (END) " from less
After some tries, I discovered that for some reason nroff outputted null
everytimes!
Resolved when I installed mdk final
Now anyway man pages are again displayed incorrectly!!!!!!
For some reason strange characters replaces characters as "-" and other,
resulting in a difficultly to read text
