------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-04-01 23:13 ------- Output from gdb: Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. [Switching to Thread 16384 (LWP 19170)] 0x40ebeba5 in XftLockFace () from /usr/X11R6/lib/libXft.so.2 This would appear to be a fault in one of the libraries in XFree86-devel-4.3-5mdk.i586.rpm If I set galeon to always use the specified font, I no longer get the crash, so I presume it is something to do with a particular font used in the web page. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: I am getting mozilla and galeon crashes quite frequently. At first, I thought it might be the flash plugin, or the Java plugin. But some of the pages work in Galeon if the zoom setting is left at 100%. It is easier to reproduce in Galeon if I increase the zoom to 120%. This happens consistently on certain pages (try some on LinuxToday.com). I don't understand why this is hapenning. Could it be that I have an old library somewhere and that a dependency is missing? Could it be a corrupt library? Anyone else having problems like this?
