if
/proc/mounts is unavailable
then
1. mkinitrd enters a loop of death
2. the migration log fills up with error message :
awk: cmd. line:2: fatal: cannot open file `/proc/mounts' for reading (No such
file or
directory)
until
/tmp is full
and this prevents installation/migration to finish.
