The default key to take a screenshot in gnome is "Print Screen"
That key is not working. But if screenshot is reassigned to other key it works.
To reproduce:
1 login to Gnome
2 hit printscreen button
3 note that there is no reaction.
4 click on gnome button
5 click on configuration -> keyboard shortcuts
6 reassign screenshot to other keys like ctrl-z then close.
7 hit ctrl-z and screenshot is taken
