In version 0.9.11a lsmod has been moved to /bin. The package still expects lsmod
to be in /sbin and doesn't rename lsmod to lsmod-25. The alternatives system is
unable to locate the 2.5 lsmod.
When modutils is also installed, /sbin/lsmod will now be the modutils version
(via /etc/alternatives) and /bin/lsmod the module-init-tools version.
Please either move lsmod back to /sbin or fix the alternatives system.
