Problem:
The description of the bin86 package is in a foreign language. Since I am
"culturally challenged", I couldn't tell you what language it was in.
Work Around:
Keep learning languages until you find the right one so you can understand
what the package does, or take a wild guess and hope it doesn't blow up your
system (luckily, I know about this package).
