In today's cooker, if you select all checkbox package categories and then
Individual Package Selection, and click on the Toggle to Flat display, all of
the packages are listed twice.
In addition, even though the Office category was checked, Open Office is not
selected, and attempts to select it give an error dialog saying "You can't
select/unselect this package"
