Account locking is avalaible now.
You can create user without filling up the password field except if SECURE_LEVEL
> 3.

Leaving a password blank in Userdrake when adding a user now makes it impossible
to log in with the user. I believe that for most, the expected behaviour is to
actually leave the password field empty.
There could be an checkbox allowing to make it impossible to log in with a
username, for example.
