Works fine (single quotes and aspell options) in quanta-3.1.2-3mdk

try to set 'attributes quotes' to 'single quotes'
click OK
when you return in the same panel
this option has revert to 'double quotes'
when you use 'auto complete' it still puts 'double quotes' to
tag attributes...
