Problem 3: kernel
- "MP-BIOS but: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC" error message in boot
- this might very well be motherboard/bios problem
- Kernel seems to work ok though as well as ACPI
Configuration:
- AMD Duron 1.2, 512Mb, Shuttle XPC SN41G2 Nforce2, Maxtor 120Gb
- Fresh MDK 9.1 RC2 installation, no NVIDIA drivers installed
