Hi --- this may not be a keyboardrake bug, but I'll put it here anyway and
someone can move it.
After returning from suspend, the keyboard repeat rate changes. Initially it is
quite fast (the way I like it), but after suspend, keyboard repeat is very slow.
This happens on an Inspiron 8200 with Radeon video.
