description:
If you invoke a top-level service from MCC (e.g. hardware) and don't use the
service-specific dialog buttons (e.g. not Quit, but choose another top-level
service like "Boot") to get out of it, you get a prompt saying "The
modifications in the current module won't be saved" in spite of the fact that
you haven't made any modifications at all.

This is confusing. The dialogs should maintain a boolean indicating whether any
actual modifications have been requested, and the prompt should be based upon
that rather than whether you didn't properly retrace your steps in exiting the
module.
