When the installation files for the users were installed in another directory
than ~/.openoffice, starting OO from command-line e.g. oowriter or from the menu
is leading to a new installation and the existing entry in ~/.sversionrc is
deleted.
There is only no new installation for the user, if the installation files are in
~/.openoffice
