Yes, Consider using rsync to download the promised new iso image file
against your existing bad iso. rsync will download only the
differences and edit them into your existing file.
If your existing download was done other than by rsync you will need
immediately to run fmirror -R on it to synchronise its timestamp with
that of the bad server file, before it is replaced. If this is not
done, rsync will not recognise it as an update and will download the
full file all over again.
