I would need to know if your card is in a Dell or not. There are different
windows drivers for the Dell and no linux drivers because the Montego and
Montego II that go into Dells are customized for Dell.
Standard drivers from the Aureal website.... Sheesh, there used to be a link
there for some binary rpms but no longer--I think it didn't work properly.
Well, the A3D and A3D II aureal disappointment. No wonder aureal has been
Chapter 11....
There is a chance that the ALSA DRIVERS--available in 7.1beta but not installed
by default, could cover your situation. My solution with a Dell was an ISA
SoundBlaster AWE64 and trash can for the Turtle Beach Montego (Dell version).
It works just fine in both OSes.
