The best way is to submit it for contrib, unless license/patent/whatever legal
concern prevent it. In this case, just submit it for PLF instead?
For contrib, just upload a src rpm in ftp.mandrake.com/incoming, and advertise
it on cooker mailing-list. For PLF, provide a link to the src rpm on
plf-discuss mailing-list.
