No I think it should be in Application/Communication as this is not network related. The group of it at least is the right one. Cool that it is in contrib now :)
All of the telephony apps (linphone, gnome-meeting, etc.) were in multimedia/ sound, which I didn't like, but I wanted to be consistent.
If nobody cares, I will move them all to applications/communications.
