Recompiling the package is a change. I do not think mdk rebuild package for the pleasure of spending cpu time. If they rebuild, that's because the package is no longer binary compatible, or violate the policy. Whithout changlog, you cannot keep track on what happens and when. -- Micha�l Scherer
