Ok it's fixed : 4.4 for tpctl.
              : idectl bell and path fixed in hdparm

I would be agree with hdparm contrib hack must be in part in tpctl but
not at all. It must have a common hack in hdparm script and the specific
part in tpctl or other futher package of same things.
Just need to will be done ;)
