Could you test with the latest userdrake (4 mdk) and update the status.
I cannot reproduce.

If I try to add a group and leave the name empty, userdrake complains (as it
should) but then the program hangs and must be killed.
The same happens if a user with empty username is added.
This bug occurs for version 0.92-2 from Cooker (not available in the drop down
list above when reporting this bug...)
