Note that I was referring to software you distribute, and take responsibility for (no, not as in a computer shop selling a shrink-wrapped box, but in terms of a linux distributor selling an operating system). Maybe not totally useless, but very close. If *ever* a bug is filed on the software, what are you going to do, what are you going to do ...
