Hi everyone,
most of you should have noticed, that the new devel requires system
detects lots of wrong requirements for the typical kde app. This
starts with libqt3, which requires libGL.so (or devel(libGL) after the
next rebuild), because libqt-mt.so is in the main package.
I'd like to ask if there's a plan on how to avoid that type of
requirements. The users of Mandrake 9.2 wouldn't appreciate it if they
had to install lots of devel stuff just for the occasional kde
application.
The only solution I could imagine was to manually filter them out in
the spec files with %_provides_exceptions.
