[Cooker] basesystem Requires (x86_64)

The basesystem package currently Requires libgcc >= 3.2-1mdk.

On x86_64, this package does not exist anymore, since it's called lib64gcc.

Can this Requires be adjusted (with an %ifarch), or a Provides on lib64gcc1 be added?
