FWIW I installed the latest beta on a Gateway dual 450 PC, and while the
installation asked about memory (and it said it saw 512MB), it did not use
more than 64MB when it booted up. The first time I installed (all installs
were fresh) I did not change anything and it saw 64MB. I reinstalled fresh,
added in 512 where it asks how much memory to use even though it saw 512,
and same thing happened. I went into Drak and added the appropriate append
line and it now sees 512 fine, so it sounds like an install bug?
