Depends how close you are to your mirror. When you are 100Mb away, it is 
about as fast as writing the images to CD and doing a CD install.

Use the first ISO of any release (we assume the user would have at least 
one recent copy of Mandrake on CD) and when you get to package selection, 
unselect everything, you will then be asked for a "minimal with X", 
"minimal with urpmi", or "truly minimal, no urpmi", obviously choose the 
2nd one.

IMHO, a minimal ISO with current kernel and enough of DrakX to show what 
hardware was successfully detected would be more useful, as it might 
enable more people to test betas/RCs on their hardware, without any of the 
complications or bandwidth of actually installing or running it.
