Well, it's not possible to have two versions of the same package name, and I guess someone chose 1.1.x. > fox-1.0.42 (STABLE BRANCH) > http://www.fox-toolkit.org/ftp/fox-1.0.42.tar.gz And this would provide exactly the same files as the libfox1.0 and libfox1.0-devel package, or am I missing something? > (1.1 tree) > fox-1.1.31 (LATEST DEV BRANCH) > http://www.fox-toolkit.org/ftp/fox-1.1.31.tar.gz Which I would guess provides the same as libfox1.1 and libfox1.1-devel? Maybe you could be more specific and list the files you want ... otherwise we have to download a source package, build it, and try and guess which files you want that would reside in a fox package. The fox package in PLD just has the library (no other matches besides Mandrake packages on rpmfind.net): http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/PLD/dists/ra/updates/general/i386/fox-1.1.26-1.i386.html They normally don't make big mistakes, so I don't see the issue ...
