ispell dictionnaries are being replaced with aspell ones; the only remaining
ispell packages are those that haven't been converted to aspell yet.

While installing ispell in ML9.1, rpmdrake insists on choosing
one of the dictionaries, pt, ro, sl, sv, etc. English is not an option.
Ispell itself is just an engine. Seems that ispell-en is missing
from CDs and Web distributions.
