New versions *are* new features (like samba3 if it makes it, which will mean integration into AD domains is possible for instance). Anyway, .2 releases are traditionally "make it stable, forget new features" releases. So, having *all* the drakxtools work reliably and easily is probably the most important. BTW, userdrake port to GTK2 is one, many improvements in urpmi are some more, vastly improved -devel packaging is another (but those are the kinds of things you won't notice, you only notice them if you try the same thing again on Mandrake 9.1 clean installation).
