In a frech install (and probably on other install), gnucash cannot start.
the splash come up, fome modules are loaded, and the program end, complaning
about fonts problem:
The font "-adobe-helvetica-medium-o-normal--*-120-*-*-*-*-*-*" does not
support all the required character sets for the current locale "fr_FR"
(Missing character set "ISO8859-15")
