I experienced both of these bugs and also bug 4303 (installer can hang during individual package selection) under Mandrake 9.2-Beta1. Someone please confirm--apparently lots of people are getting this. Also, when selecting packages that it will allow you to select, a huge list of dependencies that must be fulfilled is listed, with the same basic packages listed each time (such as glibc).
