Not ~ for me - actually, ~/boots/bruce_springsteen/lost_masters_4_big_expendables/ :). I think it's just whichever directory you last saved a file to before this bug appeared.
Also, have you noticed that triple clicking on the URL box doesn't select all anymore? I hate that.
