Ok, as far as this all goes, I have fixed the package.  Could someone please grab:
http://luigiwalser.homeip.net:8080/~david/sitescooper-3.1.2-4mdk.src.rpm and upload it?

I haven't done anything with the errors Marcel speaks of below, so if someone cares 
they'll have to look into that.
