The answer to this is off-topic for the security discuss list, but I am 
sure someone from cooker should be able to help. The official method is to 
upload to the incoming directory on ftp.linux-mandrake.com, and send an 
email announcement, but it is sometimes better (if you can) to make the 
srpm/spec file accessible somewhere else, and mail the cooker list.
