This atleast happens (atleast the last time I reinstalled cooker) when you go into system summary at the end of the installation and choose to change the lilo boot configs... If you choose to modify the floppy boot option and click on /dev/fd0, the option to actually select /dev/fd0 is gone, so you actually have to choose one of the harddisk partitions to make the installer happy... I just forgot to file a bugreport back then ... :-( Regards Thomas
