All the other packages seem to be update to 3.13 except kdegraphics.
Due to dependencies, I can't update the entire KDE 3.12 install

It is on the Cooker now. But there are also other packages missing like kdeaddons, kdenetwork, kdemultimedia, kdetoys, kdeutils and probably some more.
