Most likely nothing wrong with the package, since:
# gpg --list-keys 70771ff3
pub 1024D/70771FF3 2002-03-13 Mandrake Linux <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
sub 1024g/75223F49 2002-03-13

Which means that you are missing the Mandrake GPG keys. This is due to rpm
now managing it's gpg keys internally, and the rpm package not installing
the keys. You may want to file a bug against rpm, something along the
lines of "rpm post-install script should check for Mandrakesoft gpg keys,
and if not present should install them".

In the meantime, search the archives for instructions on how to migrate
keys from gpg to rpm.
