Another serious deficiency discovered ...
The rescue facility on the 9.1 CD 1 is also incompatible with the on-board Promise PDC20nn chips. Mother boards with this chip prevent rescue from seeing any IDE devices beyond IDE1.
A rescue facility should NOT itself ever require to be rescued!
This will need fixing in 9.2 Beta 2 without fail.
