The controller is made by Promise and the model of the card is 'SATA150
TX4'. Promise has recently release the source code for their linux
driver:

There's not a source file in there. It's precompiled binary modules and
they only list RH, Suse, and Turbo. Until you can convince they they
should compile for a Mandrake kernel, you won't be able to get it.
