trying to compile stardict-2.2.1, I run into this, being such a sucker when it
comes to C++ I can't see whether the error lies in /usr/include/libintl.h or
not, anyways, current stardict in cooker is broken, and someone should fix
this (if I'm not able to) and upgrade to latest
