------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-04-08 01:08 ------- Same thing for commando "head". Some (mandrake) boot scripts now fail because they use "head -1", which is now "obsolete": head: `-1' option is obsolete; use `-n 1' Try `head --help' for more information. -- Configure bugmail: http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: Hello, just to tell that for example "nice --10 top" doesn't work anymore ! I know exact syntax should be "nice -n -10 top" as told with "nice --help", but the "nice" version from many unix systems works with both syntax (nice --10 / nice -n -10), and it was the case under all linux distro i've tried. Could it be "corrected" ? I would have to change many of my scripts if not ! Thanx.
