Which means mailman.conf is in /etc/httpd/conf.d, but you have to insert 
include directive in apache 1 manually.

Precisely because i had this very problem. Seems postfix uid/gid changed.

- old cron tasks removal, new cron task installation
- further postfix integration, see README.postfix
