Same goes for other directories as
/etc/X11/xinit.d
/etc/X11/wmsession.d
/etc/profile.d
etc... (basically, all *.d directories in etc)
rpmlint should enforce some basic policy for files in a same directory, such
as default perms (even if msec later change them), needs for shell-bang or
not (try head -n 1 /etc/profile.d/* to see the mess), etc...
