Same problem showed up in 9.2 Beta1 and Beta2. Compose a message in KMail, the choose the "ABC" toolbar icon for spell checking. It reports it can not proceed as ASpell is not confgured. I checked and the ASpell rpms appear to be installed.
Has anyone else seen this?
