You mean you're using the cooker tree as your main system? If so, you
should expect a lot of problems; as of a couple weeks ago, the beta was removed
from the cooker tree to make room for development of the non-Intel versions.
If you want to run the beta (which is, of course, a BETA and prone to bugs),
you have to install from the ISO's.
