No idea, I don't have a quickcam so I can't test it. Besides, it looks
like it gets connected to a parallel port so only very few owners of
powerpc hardware can even connect one. However, putting it in %ifarch
%{ix86} also disables this package for alphas, sparcs, and maybe even
opteron native compilation. These machines are more likely to have a
parallel port. I still think including qcam on all archs is the right
thing to do, but I don't really care, as long as gstreamer-plugins builds
on powerpc.
