Well, the documentation is... /sbin/set-netprofile :-)

Basically, just use save-netprofile <foo> to save your current net profile 
(aka all files defined in /etc/netprofile/list and your current services 
status). Then either user set-netprofile foo to restore this profile, or even 
better add a PROFILE=foo to your kernel options in your bootloader to 
automatically activate it on boot.

Fred, can you please change the capitalisation of this kernel option ? All 
other use lower caps (noapic, mem=, etc...), so profile= would make more 
sense IMHO.
