I was prelinking binaries on my system, but noticed some binaries could not be
prelinked because of these error:
Cannot prelink against non-PIC shared library /usr/lib/libcups.so.2
and
Cannot prelink against non-PIC shared library /usr/lib/libcupsimage.so.2
Recompiling this library with -fPIC CFLAGS should solve this problem.
